		Dr. Most plans each surgery carefully prior to going to the operating room. Above is an example of the preoperative planning he uses. This patient wanted had a rhinoplasty (by another physiican) one year earlier, but was unhappy with the result. After surgery with Dr. Most, the patient achieved the result he had desired. Dr. Most sees many patients for so-called revision rhinoplasty.
