			In this slideshow, you will be able to observe several of Dr. Most's many rhinoplasty patients. In this case, the patient desired both an improvement in breathing and the shape of the nose. The middle picture shows how Dr. Most meticulously planned the procedure, with green indicating where he added tissue, and red where he removed tissue.
